Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into between Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd and its customers.
Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd agrees to carry out the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd and recorded in writing between the parties.
Unless otherwise agreed payment for the goods ordered by the customer shall be made when placing the order.
Title or ownership in the goods supplied by Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd to the customer shall not pass to the customer until such time as full payment has been made, full payment being the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.
In the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspect of the order such request must be given by the customer to Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd via email or other social media channels. Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd will use its best endeavours to make the changes in accordance with this request but must reserve the right to charge the customer the additional cost of any such changes arising out of this request and will notify the customer of the costs such as changes at the time of the request. Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd also reserve the right to amend the initial delivery time frame should any changes to an order be required. Orders requiring new artwork will not be started until artwork is approved by customer.
Artwork Guidelines
To avoid any unnecessary charges and delays and to ensure you receive the highest quality customisation please ensure you provide artwork in high resolution JPG, BMP, TIF, EPS or AI files.
The background of all logos is ignored by default, if you want to embroider the background of your logo it will make it a high stitch count job, please contact us in advance for a custom quote.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions approved by you which are not brought to our attention prior to production. Please be aware that typing errors do occur therefore all spellings and numbers should be thoroughly checked. We will only guarantee colour requests if pantone references are given and approved.
Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.
These terms and conditions are unless otherwise agreed deemed to apply to all orders and contract arrangements entered into between Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd and the customer including repeat or fresh orders from the customer.
For the avoidance of doubt if these should be any dispute under these terms and conditions or the contract between Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd and the customer then such dispute shall be dealt with under English law.
Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd points out that these terms and conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, hinder or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights.
Email discount codes cannot be applied to existing deals such as bundles or wearer packs and can only be used in online transactions.
Discount code usage is applied at the sole discretion of Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd
Please note that colour samples shown may not exactly match the colours on the actual garments. Also, for exact sizing, please check the sizing guide. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.
Products specified as no VAT may have additional terms which qualify customers for no VAT, an example is safety footwear, individual purchases not for employees (subject to safety rating) will qualify for no VAT however purchases for employees will require the addition of VAT. It is the responsibility of the customer to make their use known to Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd if subject to VAT charges as individual use will be presumed, unless told otherwise.
Prime Workwear Solutions Ltd withhold the right to refuse orders, at their sole discretion, for (but not limited to):
(a) Offensive words and slogans
(b) Offensive graphics and icons
(a) Copyrighted material
Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch non-personalised orders within 5 working days subject to stock availability. For embroidered and printed goods, please allow up to 10 working days from date of order subject to goods being in stock. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you to let you.
All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days (Mon - Fri).
Free delivery on all orders over £150 excl VAT, a £7.95 charge will be applied to all orders under £150.
Returns Policy
- Please inform us within 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- If you have received the wrong item/s or your items are faulty, leave it to us to arrange collection for return.
- If returning for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the items.
How to make a return
- Contact us by phone or email us using your order number as subject
- We’ll we will then arrange a collection of item/s
- Return the clothing to us in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed in it's original state
- Leave the rest to us! We’ll provide a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
When we cannot accept a return
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless we have made a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty. Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by yourselves prior to production.
